Ordering & Sizing

How do I order a custom size or multiple bridesmaid dresses?+

Ordering custom sizes or styling an entire bridal party is simple and completely free!

Simply choose your desired quantity, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. In the "Order Notes" section, provide the details for each dress (e.g., Dress A: Emily, Burgundy, Bust 34", Waist 27", etc.). We will contact you to confirm everything before production begins.

If you prefer a concierge experience, simply email us your bridal party's details, and we will create a secure custom invoice for you.

How do you ensure my dress will fit well?+

Our tailoring process is meticulous. Every custom dress is checked at least four times by four different artisans before shipping to ensure the error margin is strictly controlled within 0.5 inches.

For added peace of mind, all our dresses are constructed with built-in seam allowances on the sides. This allows a local seamstress to easily take the dress in or out by up to 1-2 inches for that flawless final fit.

Do you offer discounts for ordering several dresses?+

Since most of our brides order 4 to 12 bridesmaid dresses at a time, our pricing is already set at highly competitive wholesale rates. Furthermore, we never charge extra for custom sizing or custom colors!

When you place a bulk order, you will also enjoy combined shipping rates, significantly reducing the shipping cost per dress.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?+

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide via premium couriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx! Delivery times depend on the season and the shipping method you choose:

• Rush Order (Year-Round): 15 - 20 days (or earlier).
• Normal Order (May - December): 25 - 30 days.
• Peak Season (January - April): Approximately 30 - 35 days due to high wedding volume.

Will I have to pay international customs taxes?+

For US Customers: Most buyers in the United States do not need to pay import taxes. If you are charged a tariff, please send us the official invoice and we will reimburse you!

For Other Countries: Local customs taxes are determined by your government and are the buyer's responsibility. To assist you, our logistics team optimizes customs documentation to help minimize these fees wherever legally possible.

Returns & Payments

What is your return and cancellation policy?+

Because each dress is made to order, custom-sized dresses are final sale as they cannot be resold. However, if there is a verified quality issue or an error on our part (wrong size, color, or style), we will provide a full refund or remake the dress for you.

For standard-size returns or cancellations, timeframes apply (e.g., unpaid orders can be canceled immediately, orders canceled within 3 days receive a 50% refund, etc.). Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

How can I pay with a Credit Card without a PayPal account?+

We accept all major credit cards securely processed through PayPal's Guest Checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Simply select "PayPal" at checkout. When redirected to the PayPal login screen, look for the option that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or "Guest Checkout." Enter your card details, uncheck "Save my info" if you don't want to create an account, and complete your purchase securely.

What currency are your prices in?+

All prices listed on our store are in US Dollars (USD).
