Return Policy
At LoverBridal, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that finding the perfect dress is crucial. If you encounter any quality problems upon receiving your package, please contact our customer service team, and we will arrange a free replacement, return, or refund as quickly as possible.
Strict Timeframes for Returns:
- All after-sale issues must be reported to us within 7 natural days of receiving your item.
- Once approved, the package must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Delivery Issues: Please report any abnormal package delivery situations within 30 days of shipping; otherwise, the Express company will refuse compensation for lost packages.
1. Standard Size Dresses (Size US 14 & Under)
We accept returns for standard-size dresses (US 14 and under) ordered in the original picture color.
- Quality Issues: We will issue a full refund (including shipping and rush fees) for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped dresses. Photographic proof is required.
- Change of Mind: If there is no quality problem but you are unsatisfied, we offer a 90% refund on the dress cost. A 10% restocking fee is deducted to cover processing and handling fees. Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged) with original tags attached.
2. Custom Orders & Plus Sizes (Final Sale)
We proudly offer free basic custom sizing to help you achieve the perfect fit. However, because these dresses are tailored specifically to your unique measurements (or custom color requests), no one else will be able to wear them once completed.
- Final Sale: Custom orders (Custom Color or Custom Size) and Plus Sizes (Larger than US 14) cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality problem.
- Please double-check your measurements and color choices within 24 hours of payment. We strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches beforehand to ensure the color perfectly matches your vision.
3. Alteration Reimbursements
Because our dresses are handmade to basic measurements, slight variations may occur, and you might need minor local alterations to achieve that flawless fit. To assist you, we offer a limited alteration reimbursement for ALL dresses (standard and custom)!
Simply email a picture of your tailor's receipt to loverbridal@outlook.com, and we will process your reimbursement based on the limits below:

4. Accessories & Rush Orders
All fabric swatches, measuring tapes, veils, accessories, and shoes are Final Sale. Rush fees are non-refundable unless the item is proven defective.
5. Return Process
Contact loverbridal@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with an explanation and photos of the issue. Do not return without prior approval.
Once approved, ship the item within 3-7 days to the provided address. You must include a note with your Order Number, Email, and Full Name inside the package.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the dress within 3-5 business days to confirm the condition.
Approved refunds take about 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
6. Cancellation Policy
We process orders shortly after payment is received to ensure timely delivery. Once the tailoring process begins, labor and material costs are incurred. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following timeframes:
- Within 24 hours of payment: 100% Full Refund.
- 24 to 72 hours after payment: Partial refund (50% of the dress price + full shipping cost).
- 72 to 120 hours after payment: Partial refund (30% of the dress price + full shipping cost).
- Beyond 120 hours (but unshipped): Refund of the shipping cost only.
- Shipped Orders: Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel or make changes, email loverbridal@outlook.com immediately. Changes requested after 24 hours may incur extra material costs.
