Every package is fully insured before dispatch—if a parcel is verified as lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or expedite a new gown to you immediately.

International Duties & Complimentary US Coverage
All shipping costs are prepaid at checkout, so you won't face extra freight bills. However, international customs taxes depend on your local government.
✨ Exclusive Benefit for US Customers: We cover your tariffs! If you are charged an import duty in the United States, simply email us the official duty payment invoice, and we will fully reimburse the amount to your original payment method.
For Canada, Australia & Other Regions: Local import customs taxes are legally unavoidable and must be paid by the buyer. Our team always optimizes documentation to ensure the smoothest customs clearance possible.
Delivery Guidelines & Address Policies
To ensure a smooth delivery, please carefully review the following shipping rules before placing your order:
📍 Physical Address Required
Please provide a detailed street address. Do not use PO BOX or APO (Military) addresses. If a PO Box is used, we are forced to ship via EMS, which can take 1-2 months (or longer) to deliver.
✍️ Signature is Mandatory
Do not authorize the courier to leave the package unattended (e.g., DHL "ODD" or UPS "My Choice" release). If you authorize a drop-off without a signature and the package is stolen, the shipping insurance is voided and we cannot cover the loss.
🏠 Address Modifications
Need to change your address? Do it before shipping! Once a package is dispatched, changing the address incurs courier fees ranging from $13 to $160 per package, and success is not guaranteed. Addresses cannot be changed after delivery.
📦 Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly broken, refuse to sign for it or do not open it. Contact the express courier and our team immediately with photos. Opening a severely damaged package may cause the carrier to deny the damage claim.
